Ahhh...    The transition every mama dreads...   Every time.

The blissful weeks of maternity leave are coming to an end and no matter how much you think you will be prepared, worries are keeping you up at night...

  • Do I need one of these fancy, new "hands-free, wearable" pumps?
  • Does an electric vs. manual pump really matter?
  • Which bottles should I invest in?
  • What if she will not take the bottle?
  • What if my supply diminishes and I lose my milk all together?
  • How do I arrange daycare to give my milk and not formula?
  • What if they give him a pacifier, even though I specifically ask them not to?

Maybe you know your little one already doesn't like the bottle, so you are panicking that they will starve when you go back. You worry wich bottle is best to use to not confuse with the nipple? Or- you know they love the bottle and latching was hard to establish in the beginning so you are terrified they will fall out of love with the breast and never nurse again...

OH... AND you just got done scrolling on social media and your best-friends, sister is posting pictures of a freezer filled with 2,160 ounces of finely packaged milk stacked to the top :...(

Your mind is blown -- the guilt sets in --- the tears start flowing ----

How did she do that!? Is that necessary? (spoiler alert: it's ABSOLUTELY NOT!)

My passion is to help you navigate this process with the utmost ease. I absolutely will not promise a stress- free experience, because- let's face it, that's not realistic. No matter how much we try, leaving a piece of your heart at home or daycare will always sting in ways that only a mother truly knows. My mission is to give you the tools you need to help you stress-less, at least about the pumping and milk supplying part of separating from your baby.

Maybe you are a rock-star pumper and already have a couple bottles in the fridge (props mama!). So far everything has gone very smoothly pumping in preparation for work. But you just had your first week back and you are in a panic searching for help because your supply is dwindling and you can't get yourself to "let-down" to the pump!

Have no fear - send me a message right now, I promise I can help you make this transition less stressful and get your supply back up!

This Package Includes:

A single 1-1.5 hour session (in-person or virtual).

Answers to all your questions about how to maintain milk supply when separated from baby and how to keep your baby "in love" with the breast.

I will help you create, Three (3) Plans:

1) A fully customized pumping plan in preparation for going back to work/school.

* One Click Away *

Included is 4 weeks of unlimited follow-up communication via text, phone or video chat IMMEDIATELY following this initial visit, SCHEDULED for the first month you go back wot work or a combination of the two (i.e. 1 week following the session, 3 weeks scheduled for your first month back). Going back to work is rough! My goal is to help you make this transition as stress-free as possible, so I am flexible to your needs and desires that work for you and your little one.

I offer this so that I can be available to help you navigate the stressors of returning to work/school/etc. when you need it most. This allows me to not only support you in beginning the pumping process before your return to work, but in addition, allows you to schedule this time with me during your first month back at work to be available for questions and/or issues with the pump that usually come up :)

If you are already back to work, thats great! You still have this awesome benefit to maximize your pumping journey to set you up for success and a stress-less experience with your pump.
