The journey of a premature baby is often ONE step forward and TWO steps back. Watch them breathe, watch them sleep and nourish them with liquid gold, when strong enough they will take THREE leaps forward and never look back...

You never know how STRONG you are, until being STRONG is your only choice. - Bob Marley

You CAN do the IMPOSSIBLE; you've been through the UNIMAGINABLE. - Christina Rasmussen

A parent's journey of welcoming a premature baby into the world is very intimidating and scary.  Even if you had a "high-risk" pregnancy and were expecting your baby to come early, the environment of the neonatal ICU you encounter is intense and can be a very stressful experience, even if only there for a few hours. At most hospitals there are incredible NICU nurses who are excellently trained with helping all mothers to get a milk supply going.  I offer supplemental support to the in-hospital lactation services you may receive.

I can come to you at your home, we can video chat or I can be a "visitor" to see you in the hospital if allowed by hospital policy and procedure.

This Package Includes:

A single 2-hour session (in-person or virtual) or (2) separate 1-hour sessions, your choice.

Exclusive access to a one-of-a-kind breastfeeding support app called HelpMeFeed.

* One Click Away *

Included is 2-weeks of unlimited follow-up communication via text, phone or video chat IMMEDIATELY following this visit ---- PLUS ---- an additional 2-3 weeks (for a total of 4-5 weeks unlimited communication) which may be SCHEDULED time when your little love is finally home and in your arms! My goal is to help you reach your breastfeeding goals and to make the journey as pleasant as possible so I am flexible to your needs and desires that work for you and your baby.

I offer this because I do not want you to feel like you have to have all your questions ready at the time we visit, nor that you should be rushed into learning everything at once. As an educator and life-long learner myself, I know that knowledge comes over time and as you learn more, the more questions or concerns you develop. I want you to be confident in the skills you learn, so I am available for this time period to answer questions, make clarifications and offer repititions to help you and your baby thrive. Mama brain is a real thing, especially in the newborn stage! :-)
